A single-occupancy house extended at Ground, First, Second and new floor as Third level(loft). The house cellars has also been proposed to be widened and lowered with approx. 1 meter.
For the cellar extension, we had to provide not only with construction drawings and Building Control calculations but also to support the planning application with a Basement Impact Assessment
