Construction Method Statements

Our main role is the design but we have thought our service to help with Construction Method Statements. It is not uncommon that the engineer producing the Construction Method Statement will be the one undertaking the final design and then inspecting the construction.

The Construction Method Statements are designed to help through the process. They are not simply a tool to achieve planning approval, but to be also applicable to the final proposed developments.

We are looking to work with and continue the project from the planning stages through, design, party wall and final construction. As engineers we will be integral to all of these stages.

We have the knowledge that allows us to undertake and complete Construction Method Statements.
